Can I book from a PC / computer?
I would like this on my computer. How do I do it please? It seems to be only for a phone.

It is possible. We do, however, recommend to book via the app, since all functionality (+ some) is available there. (If you want to book with reduced deductable this is for instance only possible from the app).
From a web browser you can log intothe portal form our website bilkollektivet.no. Here you also find the booking calendar.
How to use the booking calendar:
(screenshots in Norwegian, but text will be in english if your browser is set to English)
1 Browse to Bilkollektivets website and click the "Logg in" button.
2) Choose reservation calendar from the meny at the top right, under your name.
3) Choose the desired place for pickup of the car.
4) Double click in the calendar on the time you want to book, or click the "+" next to the wanted car.
5) In the popup window: Adjust the time if needed, confirm terms and confirm booking by clicking "Book with costs"
6) Now the car is booked, and is found under your bookings in the app.
You also find it in the booking calendar, if you first chose the right place (but easier in the app).
Use the app or smartcard to open and lock the car when reservation has started. NB! We strongly recomend using the app, as you otherwise will be missing important functionalities during your reservation.
En slags karta med lediga bilar hade varit nice. Det behöver inte vara integrerat med denna bokningslösningen. Bara att det finns en måte att kunna kolla upp vilken adress man kan förvänta sig att det finns lediga bilar på.
Finns det planer på en sådan lösning?
Den løsningen hvor man ser ledige biler på et kart i et gitt tidsrom, finnes i appen vår. Sjekk gjerne ut denne tråden, om hvordan man booker bil i appen.
Var kanske inte tydlig med att jag inte använder/bruker smarttelefon så har inte tillgång till appen. Jag vill gärna kunna sitta med stor skjerm och se vart det finns lediga bilar. Det borde inte vara så svårt att få till en lösning för detta för web.
Det er dessverre ikke mulig på PC-versjonen idag.
Systemutvikling er kostbart, og som non-profit har vi valgt å fokusere på platformen som flest benytter (appen) fremfor flere (som vil multiplisere kostnadene).
Men vil kunne se på dette når vi har fått alle funksjonene vi ønsker oss på plass i appen.
