In such cases, please keep the receipts for the fuel purchases.
Once your reservation is finished, please send us:
pictures of the receipts, and
a copy from your bank showing the amount paid in Norwegian kroner.
You can send this to informasjon@bilkollektivet.no, and we will provide you with a discount code equivalent to the total amount, which you can use for your next booking.
